Yesterday afternoon, Nadeem A. Bezar spoke at a continuing legal education course (CLE) for Philadelphia-area attorneys on evidentiary issues faced at trial.
In “Lights, Camera, Evidence,” Mr. Bezar discussed the Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence in a hypothetical products liability case prepared by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Despite being codified, the Rules of Evidence remain a “living” resource and, with effective and well-reasoned advocacy, the evidentiary rules allow for some flexibility in what may become admissible when presenting a case.
Mr. Bezar often speaks on topics of interest to members of the legal community. As President Elect of the North American South Asian Bar Association, Mr. Bezar is invited to speak at events across the country. He regularly hosts CLEs, which provide educational credits for lawyers, for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other organizations.
