On September 21, 2014, a tour bus carrying 49 passengers crashed when the tour bus operator attempted to negotiate a turn at an unsafe speed. Last week, the tour bus driver Jinli Zhou of Flushing, New York pled guilty to charges of unsafe operation of a vehicle causing death. Three people died in the crash. Kolsby Gordon represents the family of a woman who died in civil litigation against the bus company currently pending in New York.
