Every year, the Legal Intelligencer surveys local plaintiff’s law firms about their commitment to and progress towards maintaining diverse staffs. In today’s edition, they published their seventh annual survey results, which concluded progress in diversity among Philadelphia law firms is slow, but that change might be on its way.
Kolsby Gordon is committed to making diversity a priority in our hiring practices, which is borne out by our being one of only five plaintiff firms in the Philadelphia area that has increased its hiring of minorities over the past year.
