KOLSBY GORDON ACHIEVES $625,000 SETTLEMENT

At times, Kolsby Gordon attorneys are asked by other lawyers to try their cases to verdict. This year, KGRSB was asked to become trial counsel on behalf of a 50 year old gentleman who was involved in a car accident and suffered several herniated discs resulting in spinal fusion.  When Kolsby Gordon entered their appearance in the case in May of 2015, an offer to settle of $350,000 was on the table.  After a few months, KGRSB was able to negotiate a settlement at $625,000.
