Family of Bus Accident Victim Retains Kolsby, Gordon, Robin, Shore & Bezar

Kolsby, Gordon Robin, Shore & Bezar partner, Nadeem Bezar has been retained by a family from India to represent their rights stemming from a fatal tour bus accident that resulted in the tragic death of a wife and mother.  On September 21, 2014, a 43 year old foreign national who was working in American on behalf of her international employer was on a sightseeing tour that was visiting landmarks in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and New York City.   The tour bus she was traveling on overturned on an exit ramp on Rte 1 in Red Lion, Delaware.  Reports from the National Transportation Safety Board indicate that the bus driver was operating the bus at an unsafe speed while attempting to maneuver the ramp.
